How long does the tumbler keep drinks hot or cold?
Our tumblers keep beverages hot for up to 6 hours and cold for up to 12 hours, Iced up to 24 hours. Thanks to double-wall vacuum insulation.
Can I use it for hot and cold drinks?
Yes! Our tumblers are designed for both hot coffee or tea and ice-cold drinks.
Can I put carbonated drinks in the tumbler?
Yes, but it's not recommended. If you must, open carefully to avoid pressure build-up.
Will it fit in a standard car cup holder?
Yes, our tumblers are designed to fit most car cup holders comfortably.

What materials are used in the tumbler?
We use high-quality 304 food-grade stainless steel and BPA-free plastic lids.
Is the tumbler BPA-free?
Yes, all plastic components are BPA-free for your safety.
Does it leave a metallic taste?
No. The stainless steel is taste-neutral and does not alter the flavor of your drinks.
Can I fill the Kinzt Thermal Tumbler with boiling water (100°C)?
Yes, you can fill the Kinzt Thermal Tumbler with boiling water. However, for your safety, we strongly recommendopening the straw cover briefly after fillingto release any built-up hot air pressure. This step helpsprevent the lid from unexpectedly popping or bouncingdue to steam buildup. Additionally, avoid using the straw when drinking hot liquids to reduce the risk of burns. Always handle the tumbler with care when filled with hot beverages.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Is it dishwasher safe?
The tumbler body is best hand-washed to preserve insulation. Lids can be placed on the top rack of the dishwasher.
How do I remove coffee or tea stains?
Use a mix of baking soda and warm water or a bit of vinegar for natural, effective cleaning.
Can I put it in the freezer or microwave?
No. Doing so may damage the insulation or materials.
Lid & Accessories
Is the lid leak-proof?
Our lids are spill-resistant but not 100% leak-proof. G and Y Lids are 100% leak-proof. H Lid is not leak-proof. Always keep upright when traveling with H Lid.
